Custom training begins by establishing the required capability, the experience level of the students, the operating environment, the available equipment, and the standards the organization must meet.

Vector 21 evaluates commercially available options, develops the appropriate configuration or training approach, and validates that the proposed solution is suitable for instruction and field use.

Deliver Practical Training
Training can combine classroom instruction, system construction, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, field exercises, and instructor development as required.

Support the Capability
When requested, Vector 21 can assist with documentation, equipment recommendations, train-the-trainer development, configuration updates, follow-on testing, and continued technical support.

Start a requirements assessment
A five-day familiarization course, a build-and-maintain program, and an advanced technical-surveillance course are fundamentally different requirements. Vector 21 defines that difference before recommending a scope, schedule, or price.
Customers should understand the capability before committing to equipment. Our process is designed to reduce vendor lock, avoid unnecessary expense, and prevent organizations from being left with unsupported or rapidly outdated systems.
Vector 21 can deliver training at a customer facility, at our Gulf Coast airspace location, or wherever the requirement dictates. A mobile training trailer provides a climate-controlled classroom and lab environment for private instruction, system configuration, and field preparation — supporting everything from small-group familiarization to multi-day technical courses.
From Capability Gap to Fielded Solution
Vector 21 engagements begin with a direct discussion of the operational problem. From there, we determine whether the requirement calls for consultation, market research, system integration, custom training, prototype development, testing, or a combined effort.
