Vector 21 Group was created to bridge the gap between tactical end users and technical solutions.
Our work is informed by experience across Force Reconnaissance, JTAC instruction, technical surveillance, tactical communications, range operations, ATAK-enabled workflows, unmanned systems, and field-integration environments.
We support organizations that need practical guidance from someone who understands both the operational problem and the technical work required to solve it. That includes evaluating available technology, defining realistic requirements, integrating systems, identifying limitations, developing training, and helping end users sustain the resulting capability.
Vector 21 is intentionally vendor-neutral. We are not committed to selling one manufacturer's equipment or forcing every customer into a fixed package. When commercially available technology can meet the requirement, we identify and integrate it. When it cannot, we help define what must be developed, modified, or tested.
The result is a disciplined path from operational need to usable capability.

That background is combined with continuing research and hands-on work involving TAK-enabled systems, commercial unmanned technology, tactical networking, positioning and navigation, sensors, edge computing, and emerging operational technologies.

Active Research & Development
Vector 21 maintains active research and development efforts across tactical integration, unmanned systems, positioning and navigation, edge processing, sensors, communications, and TAK-enabled workflows.
Current work focuses on how commercially available and open technologies can be combined into modular, supportable capabilities. Areas of investigation include denied navigation and resilient PNT, early warning sensors and counter-UAS technology for unknown drones entering friendly networks, low-band long-range communications over mesh networks, data movement in connected and disconnected environments, onboard and edge processing, sensor integration, operator interfaces, field repairability, and the responsible transition of prototypes into usable training or operational systems.
Specific designs, architectures, test results, and customer-supported development efforts are not published prior to authorization or release.
